Leow Yew Vin

He is an accredited professional of International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). Immediate after his graduation, he started his career as a valuation executive with Chartwell ITAC Sdn Bhd, later a MM2H consultant and upmarket real estate consultant with Startcity Global Sdn Bhd. Over the years, he has transacted a good portfolio of RM27 Million worth of real estate with global investors from China, Indonesia, Korea and Singapore. Vin also manage some of the multinational corporate tenancy such as Mitsui Fuduosan (Asia) Sdn Bhd, Lactalis Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Embassy of Republic of Argentina. With vast experience in real estate and project management, Vin now run a partnership in SBB Binajaya Sdn Bhd.

Jeff Yong

Partner

He is a professional interior designer featured by Asia Designer Directory. He own a bachelor degree in interior architecture from Lim Kok Weng University. Over 23 years in the industry, he has completed numerous remarkable interior completion project including the en bloc fit out of building work and some international luxurious brand.
